Donezo is a private operation space. It runs and computes entirely on your device. It was built to remove complexity, return your ownership, and remove your dependency.

If Sequence Theory disappeared tomorrow, your files are still on your device, in formats you can open anywhere. You are not renting access to your own work. It is yours.

Donezo is built for users and offers local-first software solutions to work and organize life and business.

Local-first means the app runs on your device and your files live there. The network is optional. Local-first is a set of principles from a 2019 paper by the Ink and Switch research group:

• No spinners. Your work is already on the machine in front of you.
• The network is optional.
• Your work outlives the software that made it.
• You keep ultimate ownership and control.

For a business that is a risk position, not a philosophy. Cloud tools keep your files on a company's server and your access to them inside a subscription. If they raise the price, pivot, get bought or go down for a morning, that is your morning.

Nobody else's outage is your outage. And you can tell a client their work did not sit on a third party's server, because there was not one in the path.

Your key, your account, your bill. You connect your own AI provider, so there is no reselling and no monthly fee stacked on top. Donezo does not bill you for your AI usage. Your provider bills you directly, at their rate. You top up credit with them and pay their rate for exactly what you use. Work hard for a week and you pay for that week. Leave it for a month and you pay nothing.

Your key also means you are not tied to whatever model we struck a deal for. Anthropic, OpenAI, whoever you prefer, and when they ship something better you can use it that day. Different work needs different intelligence.

And because your vault already lives on your device, AI reads your vault and your content on demand: only what you point it at, only when you ask it to work on something. You decide what it sees and when. By your provider's current terms they do not train on what you send by default, so what it reads stays private to you.

We are also building AI modules into Donezo itself, shipping with Connected, that run on your device. That intelligence stays local: the model works on your files without your data leaving the machine at all.

There are two places to add that key in Donezo. The safer one is Control Lab: a key added there is saved into your local vault, encrypted. It survives, travels with your vault, and does not vanish when you clear browser data. Add it once and your connected apps read it from there.

You can also add a key inside an app directly. That copy lives in the app's own browser storage on that device. It works the same day to day, but clearing your browser storage deletes it, so the vault is the copy to trust.

There are two tiers. Local is the free apps on your device. Connected is everything else: sealed files, your own AI key, cloud backup to your own Drive, cross-device sync, publishing to your own domain, and every app and update we ship into Connected after you buy. One payment. There is no renewal.

Connected is 349 euro at full price. The first 2,000 seats are 99 euro, because early buyers are what let us incorporate and keep building, and because being early should be worth something.

Once early access sells out, the price moves up, and that increase does not apply to you. Buy in now and your early price stays yours for as long as you use Donezo.

If you use Donezo for free, nothing leaves. When you pay for Connected, your payment data reaches us to confirm your plan. That is the whole list.

The one deliberate exception is AI. Ask a connected AI to work on something and both your prompt and the content itself travel to your own provider, because that is where the model runs. It goes to them and no one else, and by their current terms they do not train on it, so it stays private to you.

Everything else, whatever you are not asking AI to work on, stays on your device. And the local AI modules we are building for Connected go a step further: the model runs on your machine itself, so none of it needs to leave at all.

Yes. Donezo runs on your device, so it works with no internet at all. Offline for a day or a month, it keeps going.

You do. Every document, sheet, page, design, export and file you make with the apps is yours, and you are free to use it however you want, including selling it to clients. That covers work you build from our templates: starting from one is what they are for, and what you deliver is yours to charge for. We claim nothing in it and take no cut, now or later.

Our own work stays ours: the apps, the templates and design systems as templates, the vault and how it is built, our product thinking and design.

You may not copy, resell or rebuild any of it, and you may not use it as training material for a model meant to produce a competing or alternative product.
